Wyoming’s Strange Workers’ Compensation Non-Relationship with Walmart
Professor Michael Duff from Wyoming brings forth another example of big business overreach in his latest blog post on the Workers’ Compensation Law Prof Blog. He states legislative manipulation to avoid common protections affecting the least educated and most vulnerable segment of the workforce, all in the name of more profits, is a perfect example of why minimal standards and/or a model workers’ compensation act could become an agenda item back on the national legal forefront.
