Tim Crawley to attend NRRDA and CLM Conferences
Tim Crawley is set to attend the NRRDA (National Retail & Restaurant Defense Association) Annual Conference in New Orleans. The 3 day conference begins on February 28th and will feature round table and panel discussions, service project opportunities and social functions. Scheduled educational sessions include discussions on strategies to reduce litigation costs, dealing with cyber threats, workers’ compensation issues, traumatic brain injuries, premises liability, and navigation of workplace investigations.
The CLM (Claims & Litigation Management) Conference will be held in Houston, Texas from March 14-17. Following a welcome reception at Minute Maid Park, participants will enjoy a great mix of interactive educational sessions and fun networking events. This premier annual event for professionals in the claims and litigation management industry will feature more than 80 sessions with world class speakers, including Tim Crawley. Tim will lead a panel discussion with Brian Bornstein, Northeast Zonal Claims Executive, AIG; Andy Thornton, Manager of Claims, Ferguson Enterprises; and Glenn Price, Claims & Litigation Director, MIRMA; on March 15th addressing “Protecting a Gray Workforce While Keeping the Employer Out of the Red” which will cover potential increased liability claims, workers’ compensation issues, and heightened healthcare costs for older employees. The group will address the increased frequency and severity of claims from an aging workforce and discuss ways employers can address certain issues prior to an incident occurring.
