Morgan Middleton joins ACB

Anderson Crawley & Burke, pllc, welcomes Morgan Middleton to the firm.  A recent graduate of Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., Cum Laude, 2019), Morgan will focus her practice on representing Employers, Carriers, and Third-Party Administrators in Mississippi Workers’ Compensation matters.

Following her graduation from Mississippi State University in 2013, Morgan worked in the field of Human Resources for the Target Corporation where she earned her certification as a Professional in Human Resources. She worked remotely for a Virginia based HR compliance firm during her first year of law school and remained engaged in the national HR community as an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

During her legal education, Morgan developed her knowledge and skills in the area of employment law through clerkships for both a private law firm and the Attorney General’s Office for the State of Mississippi. She also tailored her education around the areas of employment, workers’ compensation, and employment-based immigration.

Managing Member Daniel Culpepper stated, “We are thrilled to have Morgan join our team as our newest associate, but not only for the legal training she has received.  Her prior experience working as a Human Resources Manager helps her better understand the continuous demands that those positions require.”
