Anderson Crawley & Burke, pllc was established in 2003 by Jim Anderson, Tim Crawley, and Sharkey Burke. The original office was located on South Wheatley Street in Ridgeland, Mississippi. From 2006 to 2008, the firm grew to include Terry Germany, Brian Hinton, and Daniel Culpepper. An office in Tupelo, Mississippi, was opened in 2008 to better serve clients in north Mississippi. 2009 brought several changes and additions to the ACB family as Pam Gunter and Tommy Wright joined the firm, the Ridgeland office moved to its current location on Highland Colony Parkway, and an office was opened in Gulfport, Mississippi. In 2011, Dan Baker joined the firm, and the decision was made to close the Gulfport office as more and more clients were located in north Mississippi. Amanda Myers and Kristi Kennedy joined the ACB family in 2012. In 2013, the firm grew to include Brad Shaw, and the north Mississippi office was relocated from Tupelo to Oxford, where it is currently located. Richerish Johnson joined the firm in 2016.
In 2017, the attorneys of Shell Buford, PLLC merged with Anderson Crawley & Burke, pllc. This brought four additional attorneys to the ACB family, including: Doug Duke, Jim Bullock, Joe McDowell, and Jonathan Bullock. The firm of Shell Buford, PLLC, was originally formed in 1944 by John C. Satterfield and Jack Ewing under the firm name of Satterfield & Ewing. With the addition of Frank T. Williams and Dan H. Shell in 1950 the firm became Satterfield, Ewing, Williams & Shell. J. Dudley Buford joined the firm and in 1955 the firm name was changed to Satterfield, Shell, Williams & Buford. Upon the withdrawal of John C. Satterfield from the firm in 1976, the firm name was changed to Shell, Buford, Bufkin, Callicutt & Perry. On January 1, 2000, the firm was reorganized as a Mississippi professional limited liability company and the firm name was changed to Shell Buford, PLLC.
Anderson Crawley & Burke, pllc, has grown and expanded over the years but each employee remains dedicated to providing exceptional service to each and every client. The ACB coverage area now includes all of Mississippi, western Tennessee, and portions of Alabama and Louisiana.
