Tommy Wright is a native of Jackson, MS. Since beginning his legal career, Tommy’s practice has focused on general civil defense litigation, including the handling of claims in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, products liability, automobile liability, transportation and trucking liability, construction defect and liability, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation. He also has experience in handling wills and estate planning, business organization, and contract formation and interpretation. He has been invited to speak at a number of events and has presented seminars and webinars on topics that include Mississippi workers’ compensation, document and data retention, reservation of rights, privacy and data protection, autonomous vehicles, non-standard auto, and Ransomware attacks.
Tommy is admitted to the State Bar of Mississippi, the State Bar of Tennessee, the State Bar of Louisiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
