James N. Bullock was born Sioux City, Iowa, July 29, 1947; admitted to bar, 1980, Mississippi. Education: Mississippi College (B.A., 1970; J.D. 1980). Delta Theta Phi. Recipient, American Jurisprudence Awards in Uniform Commercial Code and Estate Planning. Member: Hinds County and American Bar Associations; Mississippi State Bar; Capt., U.S.A.F., 1970-1972; Lt. Col., MS Air National Guard.
Mr. Bullock has extensive experience in insurance defense litigation including product liability, bad faith, professional malpractice, hospital and medical malpractice and general liability cases. He is Admitted to practice in all State courts in Mississippi; The United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi; The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and The Supreme Court of The United States of America. In addition, he has extensive experience defending catastrophic, mass tort, industry-wide and toxic tort claims, including appellant experience.
